Global Involvements
Johnson has always found fulfillment in world travel, volunteering in global causes, engaging in international business, and interaction with people of diffferent lifestyles than that of her own.
With funding from private scholarships and working assidiously in her three part-time jobs while a full-time college student, she pursued some of her travelling aspirations, doing international studies and excursions to different countries.Her mission was to globalize her learning experience and better understand the unique backgrounds, way of life, and moreover the business etiquette of individuals from these lands.

Education Abroad and Languages:
To complement her Pre-Law Degree in International Business and Management, she also has a Certificate in International Studies- granted by the University of Tampa to students who are deemed to possess skills in negotiating with employees of different cultures and have competed a rigorous international education global intensive program.

Johnson speaks English, her native tongue, Jamaican Patois and comprehends much German and French.With a passion for the French language especially, she desires to exercise fluency in French by Dec 2013 by engaging in regular dialogue with her very colleagues from Francophonic countries who support her vision.

International Forums Overseas
In 2007, Johnson took the initiative to voyage to Germany on her own after completing two honors level intensive German courses. There she attended a forum for the United Nations Security Council in Berlin, Germany while residing with a German family within the city. To date, she is still relatively close to this family who now operates a non-profit organization cross-culturally between Germany and her hometown, Jamaica called HELP Jamaica. Other independent expeditions included voyages to The Bahamas and San Puerto Rico, both of which were spent residing short-term with natives of each island and managed to build lifelong friendships and business relationships.

Diversity Management
In addition to her travels, Johnson has managed to gain global experience through her leadership experiences as a Residents Assistant (RA) for approximately 3 years, which led her to serve as a program coordinator, peer educator, mentor, and supervisor to over 200 student residents (total) originating from countries across the globe. Among the nationalities of the residents she worked with, included that of India, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Liberia, Nigeria, China, Taiwan, British Virgin Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, Cayman, Israel, Ukraine, Turkey, Ethiopia, Columbia, Venezuela, Canada, England, Turks and Caicos, Switzerland, Haiti, and USA to name a few. As a Residents Assistant, Johnson served a role of making a difference in residence halls by ensuring that the diverse needs of students were met and built harmony among a group of individuals with unique backgrounds. In 2006, her staff was awarded "Staff of the Year", in 2007 she was recognized for being a "Five Star RA" and "Nicest RA" in 2008. Working with people of varying cultures has definitely led Johnson to becoming a very global-minded individual who is always excited trying new things. According to Johnson "I'm like a cameleon. I can adapt easily to any setting, situation, or circumstance. I am constantly growing, learning, and evolving as time progresses, and I am enjoying every bit of it ".
